Brightstar looked down towards fourtrees. It was still and quiet. None of the clans had arrived yet. Brightstar knew that soon it would be noisy and crowded but she also regretted knowing the fact that windclan only had two cats in the clan.
Brightstar sighed she didnt know what she was going to say at this gathering. It was going to be a difficult one. Some of the clans might take advantage of their low numbers and attack. Brightstar decided she must show that windclan was still strong even with their pitful amount of clan members.
Brighstar decided to wait a little longer, to see if any of the other clans would show up, before she and Rainflower would enter the clearing. She lay down behind a bush and look towards the fourtrees waiting...

Rainflower stood behind her leader, calm and waiting for the gathering to begin. She knew it would seem weird, maybe rather mousebrained to show up at the gathering with only two warriors. But it was all they had.
Rainflower sighed and just wised more cats would join Windclan so that they could actually bring enough cats to a gathering. " No clans have come yet" She thought , a little anxiously, looking up to Silverpelt " When will they come?"
She sat down and waited patiently for her leader to give her the signle to run down the slope to fourtrees.

ooc-(ya umm can some people start posting cause its a little weird that only windclan are here)
Brightstar was tired of waiting. " Maybe the other leaders are thinking the same thing and are waiting for another clan to go down first"
She turned to rainflower." Come on, lets go"
She raced down the slope to stop at the bottom of the fourrocks. She looked up towards he starry sky. It was still night but time was being wasted. Brightstar sat at the bottom of the rocks and waited for he oher clans to show up.

Rainflower raced down the slope after her leader and stopped in he middle of the clearing where she sat down and began to wait.
" Great starclan! at this rate we shall never have a gathering"She thought, growing impatient as she waited for the other clans to come.
Sighing, she got up and sat next to her leader under the fourrocks and sat with her tail curled around her looking towards the sky.

I stood at the top of the hill and watched as the windclan cats entered the clearing. Slowly I made my way down into the clearing. I padded silently up to the cat waiting below the great rock. Dipping my head to her, I sat down. "Hello, I'm Shadowstar. Who are you?" I asked in a quiet, but serious voice.

Brightstar looked up to see the the shadowclan leader in front of her."About time" She thought to herself, but out loud she was polite and serious "Hello Shadowstar,I am Brightstar, the new leader of Windclan"

Rainflower saw the Shadowclan leader enter the clearing. She padded over to sit beside her leader and nodded respectfully at Shadowstar.

"Greetings. I hope you are settling in well." I said with another dip of my head, then turned to the cat sitting by Brightstar. "Hello, what is your name?" I looked at her curiously.

" I am Rainflower". Rainflower meowed seriously looking at the shadowclan leader. She was rather nervous at being asked directly like this by a leader, but she stayed calm.
She looked at her own leader and waited for her to speak.

I gave a nod. "You have a nice name. How are you liking the moor lands?" I asked quietly, Watching her, I could tell that she was suprised that I was talking to her.

"Thank you" Rainflower answered " And i love the moor lands they're great"
She was starting to get a little uncomfortable. She knew she should be proud that Shadowstar was talking to her on such an equal basis, but she didnt really feel like talking that night.
"Im going to go hunt until some more cats show up" Rainflower meowed quietly. She backed up into the bushes and turned, racing into the forest, looking for prey.

Brightstar watched her warrior leave before turning to face Shadowstar.
"Shes not usually this nervous" She sighed "Its probably something to do wth the fact that she is bearing kits"
Brightstar looked around the quiet clearing. " Where is the rest of your clan?" She meowed, not wanting to sound offensive but she was curious.

"They are hunting and gaurding the camp." I said in a smooth voice, not wanting to admit that I had not seen my clan mates for a while. "When is Rainflower expecting her kit's?" I quickly changed the subject.

(well to be honest until someone voulenteers to be one or two of them. But in rp mode...)
"Soon" Brightstar meowed, a bit nervous about this subjct. Rainflower had been carrying the kits for ages. Brightstar was scared this might have been over the natural time and that the kits would die.
She looked around the clearing. " If the other clans dont get here soon, im going to go back to camp!"She threatened, to noone in paticular.
She turned to Shadowstar, " What could be taking them so long?" She asked.
